At CosmiCats, we take pride in the quality of our products. Each item is custom-made for you, and we ensure every order is produced with the utmost care. However, we understand that manufacturing defects can occur, and we are committed to making it right.

Returns for Manufacturing Defects

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprints, incorrect sizing, damaged materials, etc.), we are happy to offer a replacement or a refund.

To be eligible for a return due to a manufacturing defect:

  • You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide a detailed description of the defect.
  • Include clear photographs showing the issue.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size or color
  • Personal preference

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase to ensure accuracy.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Customers Only)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers residing in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This allows you to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason, including buyer's remorse.

Please note: The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to personalized or custom-made products, such as those sold in our store. Therefore, returns will only be accepted in cases of manufacturing defects, as described above.

How to File a Return Request

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team at info@cosmicats.shop with the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. A detailed description of the defect
  3. Photos of the defect

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Final Sale Items

All sale items or promotional products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
